Certified Sex Therapist by the American Association of Sex Educators Counselors and Therapist, (AASECT/ Recertification in process) Dr. Rueda also, holds, the position of Director of the Human Sexuality Program at the Instituto de Medicina y Tecnologia Avanzada de la Conducta at Hospital Poliplaza Medica in Juarez Mexico since 1998. In 1994, he attended the University of Pennsylvania where he participated in the Human Sexuality Education Graduate Program. In 2004 he created an implemented the first MA Program in Human Sexuality, accredited by the Federal Dept of Education in Mexico. Since 1998, in collaboration with University of Texas at El Paso PACE ( Professional y Continuing Education) has tought numerous courses on sexuality for mental health y medical professionals. In 1996-1997, he was the chief psychologist for the in vitro fertilization program for infertile couples for the Hospital Poliplaza Medica. Also, he has presented papers at the World Congress of Sexology of the WAS (2003) on the topics of ¨Love maps & their perversions. Also for the conference of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sex (2009) on Romantic Love and its illnesses & the Origon of the HIV Virus, held in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
